Plan your meals ahead of time so you know exactly what to buy when you are in the grocery. Of course, you need to have a list with you. If there are lanes exclusively for healthy or organic ingredients, stay on that lane.
You might be tempted to buy unhealthy foods like processed meat, canned goods or sweets. Make sure you don’t give in to this temptation. You must start forming the habit of eating healthy.
