2. Honda Pilot

The Honda Pilot has received a facelift and comes with loads of premium features in the 2020 version. With the ability to seat up to 8, this SUV is perfect for anyone who loves Honda’s but needs a little more room. The Pilot comes with a few options, starting with the LX at $31,550 and ending with the Elite at $48,120. The LX comes with a 280-horsepower direct-injected i-VETC V-6 engine and all-wheel drive. The Pilot gets 19 mpg city and 27 mpg highways, similar to the Traverse.

3. Dodge Durango

The Dodge Durango seats up to seven and offers 60/40 split-folding third-row bench seats that can fold down and make more room in your vehicle if you need it. The Durango has 293 to 475 horsepower with a 3.6-liter V6 engine. You get 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway with the Durango, and it starts around $30,495.

4. Mazda CX-9

Mazda decided to jump into the full-size SUV game and go with an optional third-row like many of its competitors. Mazda offers a 2.5 liter turbocharged with 320 pound-feet of torque. The fuel economy is excellent as well with the Mazda, coming in at 22mpg city and 28 mpg highway, with all drive models estimating at 20 mpg city and 26 mpg highway. The CX-9 starts at $34,835.

5. Acura MDX

Looking at a more luxury SUV, the MDX orders standard 290 horsepower with a powerful V-6 engine. This SUV comes with numerous safety features and an all-wheel-drive model. The Acura comes with a third-row option and a 50/50 split-folding to make your passengers more comfortable, offering seating for seven. For fuel economy, this Acura offers 20 mpg city and 27 mpg highway and starts at $44,400.

6. BMW X7

BMW is our second luxury brand, and their X7 offers expansive space with plenty of room for your family and your stuff. BMW comes with a live cockpit professional who helps navigate you with a 12.3” central information display touchscreen and digital instrument cluster. This BMW comes with a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder, xDrive, and intelligent all-wheel drive with 335 horsepower. For fuel economy, the X7 offers 20 mpg city and 25 mpg highway and starts at $73,900.

7. Toyota Highlander

The new Toyota Highlander offers 295 horsepower 3.5-liter V6 and an eight-speed automatic transmission. The highlander comes with third-row seating, for a total of 8 passengers, that can also fold down for additionally cargo space. Equipped with a 12.3” touch-screen, you can conveniently hookup all your significant apps, including Alexa and Apple CarPlay. For fuel economy, Toyota boasts class-leading fuel efficiency but gets 22mpg combined.

8. Lincoln Navigator

Starting at $75,825, the Lincoln Navigator offers 16 mpg city and 21 mpg highway for fuel economy and can comfortably seat eight passengers. With the capability of producing 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter engine, the Navigator will get you where you need to go. Five optional drive modes come with you Navigator making it easier to get places.

9. Volkswagen Atlas

The Volkswagen Atlas offers a comfortable ride with a ton of space. With three rows of seating and the ability to seat 8, you won’t get any minivan feels with this impressive full SUV. The base Atlas comes with a four-cylinder engine, but there is an option to upgrade to a V-6 for additional horsepower. With driver-assistance technology and automated emergency braking, you know you can safely get to your destination with the Atlas. For fuel economy, the Atlas gets 22mpg city and 26 mpg highway. For the price, the Atlas starts at $31,545.

10. Audi Q7

For our last luxury SUV, we are taking a look at the Audi Q7. Starting at $53,550, the Audi will save you a few pennies when compared to the Navigator or BMW. Equipped with a 2.0-liter 4cylinder V6 engine, and ability to seat 7 with a third row, this Audi will quickly get you to where you need to go. The third row does fold down to give you not only more cargo space but more cabin space as well. Pricing hasn’t been announced, but it will sit between $60,000 and $75,000. If similar to the 2019 version, the fuel economy will be 19 mpg city and 25 mpg highway.
